It only takes Nespresso capsules, with the cheapest one costing about 60 cents per capsule. Whatever. Stay away.

I have enjoyed it. At first, it takes a little time to figure out the flavors and make the coffee you like. There is also an app where you can connect the machine, do updates, cleaning, and descaling. Honest for its price!

For those that love a good espresso ☕️! Buy it! Once a while you need that aroma to fill your nostrils and to enjoy a moment with yourself or the one near you!!!

The best choice for coffee at home. It produces a double shot straight away and you don't need an electric shaker as it comes out rich in crema thanks to the swirling technology.

In 10 days it broke down and because I am under warranty they will repair the same one without replacing it and will bring it back to me in 20 days, my advice is to stay away from this coffee machine.

I just received it and I was stunned by the capsules it takes. What is this, forcing you to use only the most expensive and hard-to-find capsules from the same company? Truly unacceptable, I will try to return it or sell it

I have had the machine in my possession for almost 1.5 years. Overall, it is a good machine for its price. The fact that the capsules are not available in stores and you have to get them through Nespresso is not such a big issue because you have them in your possession within 24 hours. The only issue is that I don't know if I happened to get a rather defective device. After 6 months of use, the machine stopped drawing water from the tank. The motor sounded like it was trying to start but couldn't. After 2 weeks, it was repaired by Nespresso. However, now again after 7-8 months there are 2 problems. 1) It does not read the capsules except for the large ones (mag), so it stops dispensing the required amount. 2) While it starts making coffee, it stops and the LED turns red and it only starts working again if you unplug it and plug it back in.

In general, it does its job well. There is a good variety of capsules, with the disadvantages being that there are no compatible capsules and I have to order them either through the app or buy them from specific stores. I don't consider it noisy and overall it is convenient to use. The only thing I didn't like is that the mechanism that removes the used capsule and drops it into the internal container broke within a few months. If you drink a lot of coffee or many people use it daily, the water tank is relatively small, so it's better to look for a larger model. Overall, I would say it is fair for its price. I have found several capsules that I like and for my own taste it has fully satisfied me

We have been using it for 2 weeks now and it is a worthwhile upgrade from the Inissia of the same company.

The trick for freddo is to use a large mug-type capsule and press the button twice quickly. That way, it gives exactly the amount needed for a freddo. The best part is that if you drink it plain, you don't need to froth it! Just throw in some ice cubes and you get perfect coffee.

Always worthwhile compared to other capsule machines and not with the professional espresso machine I own as a hobby! Here, you just drink something to wake up and go to work.

It is a problem that there are only Nespresso capsules... the cost of a cappuccino, together with the milk, comes to 0.80 to 1 € depending on the capsule.

Great choice for freddo espresso at home. It has a centrifuge mechanism so the coffee comes out already ready, whipped. I prefer capsules that I get from the official Nespresso app and it costs me roughly €0.80/coffee (there is also a rewards program). I think it's worth investing in this one because, unlike older Nespresso models, it accepts capsules of 80/180/230 and 535 ml! The compatible capsules are Vertuo, in other words you get a larger amount of real coffee, a wide variety of flavors and intensities to choose from. It is also easier to clean, just as simple to use as the older ones. Also, it is a much cheaper but higher quality solution as it costs around €60 up to the time of this review and the coffee it makes really tastes like it was bought from a take away coffee shop.

Makes good coffee. It is noisy but okay, you get used to it. You need to be a bit careful when closing the capsule to avoid any damage. After 5 months of use, it works very well.

Decent coffee maker for making coffee quickly with one huge drawback. The capsules are 2x the cost of regular ones and ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN SUPERMARKETS and most places where you can get capsules. Well. I read the negative reviews and I don't see a corresponding problem. Only on the internet and in English. From the first ten days of use, it started to have a small leak UNDER the front part. They accepted it at the Nespresso service, unfortunately, it came back and has exactly the same problem.

I start with three stars and will come back. Bad first impression as everywhere in the world the machine comes with 12 free capsules, but here it had a sticker saying that they are not included in the Greek market. We bought the machine as a gift and we can't even test if it works before the order from Nespresso arrives.

I got it for about €50 while in branded stores it was at €100, the best part is that you have a wide range of options from Nespresso but what I wanted were the capsules with different sizes. I make a bucket of coffee and take it with me until noon

Flawless coffee machine, very good coffee production. There are also caps for the capsule on the outside where you can put your own coffee. The amount it produces is excessive, but if you press the button twice, it makes a double espresso, which is perfect.

It is a quieter machine than the Vertuo that I have in my possession! Compared to that one, the pop simply has a smaller capacity for water. The coffee is very tasty and makes a very nice foam!

This machine is much better than the previous technology, the noise that some mention, okay it’s a machine it will make noise. I am satisfied, with one capsule I drink iced coffee without it getting watery.

I got the machine and it broke down after 4 months. I go online and read in various forums that it generally has problems with its board. Due to the warranty, they gave me a new one and it broke down again after 6 months. When it breaks, it simply stops turning on and you can't do anything. As for the coffees, it makes them well, but after a while you get bored of all the flavors and the variety of Nespresso limits you since there are no capsules from other companies. Conclusion: I have never bought a device that fails every 5 months without reason or cause...

We bought it with the reservation that the coffee would not be like the take away ones and the taste would be closer to that of a simple Nespresso machine. Honestly, the taste is excellent, nothing like the simple coffee maker, we stopped buying coffee from outside. If you are a coffee lover and you get at least 1-2 coffees from outside per day, it will be a game changer and will pay off immediately!

Personally, I do not like coffees from this type of coffee makers!!!! My wife uses it and she likes it a lot. However, it is a beautiful coffee maker. No one tells you before you buy it that you can only order capsules online and of course only the expensive ones from nespresso itself. It makes noise, it is poorly made, it makes terrible coffee. It dispenses more quantity and floods. It reads the barcodes wrong. Luckily they gave it to me as a gift, I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE and I'm telling the truth.
