OstroVit Vitamin B Complex is a complex of eight B vitamins, which have been additionally enriched with vitamins C and E:

• Thiamine (vitamin B1): contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism and helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
• Riboflavin (vitamin B2): contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism, helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. Additionally, this vitamin contributes to maintaining the proper condition of mucous membranes and red blood cells, and to maintaining healthy skin while helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Niacin (vitamin B3): similar to vitamin B1, contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism. Like riboflavin, niacin helps to maintain healthy skin and contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
