I have been very satisfied with this otherwise expensive arm.

I liked that it is made of metal and the plastic parts are only aesthetic pieces, such as the caps for the joints, so that the screws and cable caps are not visible. By holding it, you understand that it is very sturdy and will not break or bend. On the downside, it is quite heavy and it is difficult to do a "test run" on the wall.

I liked the installation instructions. They were quite detailed with good diagrams. They provide details such as installation on a cement wall or a wooden false wall. They also provide other details such as what size drill bit to use and how deep to drill.

The small base that goes on the wall is also made of metal and obviously requires drilling and is supported by two large screws and wall plugs, which are all provided. On the small base, you can then attach either both pieces of the arm or just one (the one that the screen will be screwed onto) depending on the distance you want to cover.

The included springs tighten and loosen for each individual movement and are very strong with good rebound.

My use was that I have a basic OLED screen and on top of it (stacked) an IPS screen that I temporarily loaded onto the arm. Because I didn't want to burn the OLED screen all day for work with static text, for fear of burn-in, I bought the arm so that I could pull the IPS screen in front of the OLED temporarily. For this "pull and lower" movement, this arm is ideal. Otherwise, it holds the second screen (IPS) above my main screen (OLED) as a servant for the hours when I'm not working and playing or doing other work on the computer. The supported screen is a Dell 32" weighing around 7.5-8kg.

The only point of attention before making a purchase is to check if the movement limits suit you. The part that goes up and down has limits of 30 degrees up and 30 degrees down, so a total of 60 degrees from one end to the other. It does not go further. The same applies to the locking mechanism on the VESA mount for screen alignment - ATTENTION, I am referring to tilt, not rotate, and the tilt it can achieve is also somewhat limited. I would have liked it to tilt a little more for the hours when I have it as a servant from above, to tilt a little more so that I can see the content more easily.
