It does its job just fine. I never understood those who wrote that it has difficult handling and you need the manual. It has a button that adds 30 seconds with each press, it has a start/stop button, and then it has buttons for certain foods. It's a perfectly good product.

I can't figure out the menu. I didn't know that to heat up food I would need to have graduated from Panteion University and also have been to NASA. I went and got a simple analog one and I was relieved.

It needed repair twice, the first time it cost 50 euros and a year ago the door broke (it wouldn't close) but it was repaired for 15 euros (with the repair cost you realize I could have bought a new one - if I had known). I bought a second one for the vacation home, but within a month the device proved to be defective (it didn't heat anything) and I took it for repair. Overall, my impression of the build quality is not good - I just got used to it and bought a second one of the same model - my mistake!

I had it for ten years. Moderate use, it worked perfectly. Quiet, efficient, beautiful. My wife broke it by putting a baking tray inside until it sparked and caught a small fire on the door. I went and bought the same one, 109 euros cost for her carelessness but I love her. And if she breaks it again, I'll buy the same one again, if I have any money left after the divorce.

Purchase from the big well-known store at 69 euros. Cheap construction, the door is plastic with inox details, I'm afraid I might break it when I close it. The buttons needed better arrangement since the two main ones, start and stop, are very small. It has a light inside. A plate full of food heats up in 3 minutes. Nothing is made like before, the previous one I had was Sanyo, sturdy construction and lasted 15 years, I find it hard to believe this one will last 5 years. Since it has many negative comments, I hope it doesn't cause a fire. Made in China.

It is quite good until it breaks down completely. We bought 2, one for me and one for my mother. One broke down in 2 years and 5 months, and the other in 2 years and 9 months. Both had issues after two years and had to be repaired. While it is good as a toaster, I don't think it's worth the money for only 2 years of use.

Apart from the sound it makes when the program ends, it is a device that is worth its money. After 5 years and a lot of use, the circuit board burned out... It is a device that I would buy again.

Aesthetically pleasing oven and a good size, comfortably fits a large plate. It comes with a plastic cover that you use to "cover" food that may splatter while heating.

As much as I used it, it was good, but it stopped working after one hour.....it completely burned out at two o'clock, blowing the fuses. I searched for service on the internet and found out that there is no dealership and Kenwood ovens are no longer being manufactured....wrong choice

The product was replaced with another one of the same kind (because it was defective from the factory). It works well, but you have to figure it out in order to warm up the food properly. The auto function burns the food if you're not there to watch it (especially bread, which can easily become toast). And defrosting always happens at 100% power.
