Academics, specialized scientists, and experts from Greece and Europe investigate not only sexual harassment but also various forms of discrimination such as the gender pay gap, obstacles to women's career advancement, etc.

The European and national policies for gender equality, the biopolitics of women's work, and the potential for combating discrimination in the workplace today are presented. Special emphasis is placed on harassment/sexual harassment in the workplace in Greece and in other EU member states and on the European Union's policies for combating them, as well as the significant yet previously silent role of social partners.

Additionally, a historical overview is provided on the handling of sexual harassment in the US and Europe, the social negotiations within collective labor agreements, and the attitudes and reactions of working women in the private sector towards sexual harassment.

The community legal framework for combating sexual harassment in the workplace and the practical implementation of European law concerning sexual harassment. Legislative and other measures for addressing sexual harassment by EU member states.

And of course, the Greek experience which includes the handling of harassment/sexual harassment by the Ombudsman, the rules of community law, and the implementation problems in Greece, as well as the role of the Labor Inspection Body (SEPE) in the workplace.
