Having developed innovative technologies, the leading Japanese company Major Craft presents its new series of fishing rods featuring 5G technology (5-Grade). This new technology includes a significantly improved performance combination of innovations, such as the new "R360" manufacturing method and the material "Toray T1100G Carbon".

The 5G technology has achieved significant improvements in two areas:

  • The distribution and weaving of the carbon sheets selected by Major Craft for the construction of the rods.
  • The differentiated reinforcement method with carbon tape winding, where the blank is made from layers of carbon sheets woven at different angles.

The result of this approach is a very lightweight blank with greater strength and resistance to distortion.
