It is more liquid than gel. I don't think you need water to take it. It did its job, good price, I would recommend it!

Compared to its price (1/3 of the price of similar gels from other companies), it does its job very well and even more. On a long run of 28km, 2 gels together with a bottle of electrolytes were enough so that I didn't get cramps or feel energetically empty. I had no stomach discomfort, although I have only used up to 2 in one run so far.

Very nice taste (raspberry). I take it about halfway through my long runs, that is, after I've run about 10 kilometers, and I think it gives a "boost" until the end of the workout. The fact that it is somewhat more liquid than the usual gels is by far its best feature, because it doesn't "tire" you to swallow it while running, nor does it make you want water after swallowing it. One of my favorite flavors. It works better compared to the regular one, due to the electrolytes it has, but not too many. 80mg Na+, so calculate if and how many more you will need. The salt sticks, for example, have 200mg

A good economical package of energy gels with which you can get several hours of running. The taste is not particularly pleasant, I would recommend the mango flavor instead, and the boost it gives you is relatively short-lived. For a marathon, I needed to consume about one every half hour to 40 minutes. It's good to drink some water after consuming it. The most important thing is that it is easily digestible and, at least for me, I never needed to use the restroom after consuming it, which is crucial for runners.

One of the few gels that contain electrolytes in addition to carbohydrates, which helps to avoid carrying extra electrolytes with you. It contains approximately 85mg of sodium, 40mg of potassium, and 57mg of magnesium.
Personally, it didn't sit well in my stomach and caused some discomfort, even though I have been easily consuming the regular gels from high5 for years without any issues. Its composition is more liquid, which is probably why. In my opinion, even with this, you still need extra electrolytes. Give it a try and decide what suits you.
