The translation of the texts was exclusively managed by the law firm "Lambadarios & Associates" (Lambadarios Law Firm). Simultaneously with the translation of Laws 2190/1920 and 3190/1955 (right pages), the original Greek text of the codified law is also provided (left pages), which significantly facilitates the user in accurately locating the legal issue that concerns them and in their overall research.

The publication is accompanied by an introductory note from Professor E. Perakis of the Law School of Athens, which addresses observations and comments on the changes that have occurred in the law for public limited companies. The publication is complemented by an alphabetical index (in English) and a table of abbreviations.
