The sound quality is good. The interface with the phone is good. The endless equalizer settings make no sense. Just bass and treble are clearly much better for the level of the device.
The bad: The screen latch broke within the first hour. Now it falls out at every bump and I will ask for a repair or replacement. In general, the plastics feel a bit "fake."
Also, the plug ends in simple wires. If they thought you would install it in 5 minutes, grab a soldering iron and start making plugs and cables. Unacceptable, I haven't seen such poverty and hassle in 30 years.
Finally, inserting and removing it from the metal case is "poor," it doesn't fit well, doesn't come out well, the metal clips for removal don't latch properly, overall very cheap construction. A cheap Pioneer would be a thousand times better. I bought it for the good reviews on sound and the connection with the phone (it also plays songs from the phone) and in the end, it turned out to be a DIY assembly...

This company no longer exists, but I chose it out of respect, because it was literally a legend!
This particular device was installed on a boat and the impressions have been good from the very first moment.
Good sound (for its size, its price (plus the fact that we are talking about a boat)).
There are some issues, however, not with the wiring or the sound, but with practicality, such as having to search quite a bit to find which color gives you the greatest contrast so that the screen is more readable in sunny conditions.
What I highly recommend is to download the app on your mobile, because it makes your life easier and solves your problems—we've all struggled at some point with menus and submenus, often without achieving what we want.
With the app, all that is over!

Το συγκεκριμένο μηχανάκι, μπήκε σε σκάφος και οι εντυπώσεις είναι καλές από την πρώτη στιγμή.
Καλός ήχος (για το μέγεθος, την τιμή του (συν το γεγονός ότι μιλάμε για σκάφος).
Υπάρχουν θεματάκια ωστόσο, όχι με τη συνδεσμολογία ή τον ήχο, αλλά με την πρακτικότητα, όπως πρέπει να ψάξεις αρκετά για να βρεις ποιό χρώμα σου δίνει τη μεγαλύτερη αντίθεση για να είναι πιο ευανάγνωστη η οθόνη υπό συνθήκες ηλιοφάνειας.
Αυτό που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα είναι να κατεβάσει κάποιος στο κινητό του την εφαρμογή, γιατί σου κάνει τη ζωή εύκολη και σου λύνει τα χέρια-όλοι μας σε κάποια στιγμή έχουμε παιδευτεί με τα μενού-υπομενού χωρίς πολλές φορές να κατορθώνουμε το επιθυμητό.
Με την εφαρμογή όλα αυτά τέλος!

I will update after the electrician - installer checks it, in case the sound system is not to blame.
In the end, it just needed a good reset, which is done by unplugging the power connector for a few minutes. After that, it came back and works normally again.

Τελικά ήθελε ένα καλό reset, το οποίο γίνεται βγάζοντας τη φίσα της τροφοδοσίας για λίγα λεπτά. Μετά επανήλθε και δουλεύει πάλι κανονικά.

The sound quality is good. The interface with the phone is good. The endless equalizer settings make no sense. Just bass and treble are clearly much better for the level of the device.
The bad: The screen latch broke within the first hour. Now it falls out at every bump and I will ask for a repair or replacement. In general, the plastics feel a bit "fake."
Also, the plug ends in simple wires. If they thought you would install it in 5 minutes, grab a soldering iron and start making plugs and cables. Unacceptable, I haven't seen such poverty and hassle in 30 years.
Finally, inserting and removing it from the metal case is "poor," it doesn't fit well, doesn't come out well, the metal clips for removal don't latch properly, overall very cheap construction. A cheap Pioneer would be a thousand times better. I bought it for the good reviews on sound and the connection with the phone (it also plays songs from the phone) and in the end, it turned out to be a DIY assembly...
η ποιοτητα ηχου ειναι καλη. Το interface με το κινητο καλο.
δεν εχουν κανενα νοημα τα ατειελιωτα equilizer. Απλα μπασα πριμα ειναι σαφεστατα πολυ καλυτερα για το επιπεδο της συσκευης
τα κακα. Διαλυθηκε την πρωτη ώρα το κουμπωμα της οθονης. τωρα πεφτει σε καθε λακουβα και θα ζητησω επισκευη ή αντικατασταση. Γενικα τα πλαστικα είναι λιγο "ψευτικα"
επίσης η φισα τελειωνει σε απλα καλωδια. αν νομιζανε οτι θα το βαλετε σε 5 λεπτα, παρτε το κολλητηρι και ξεκινιστε να φτιαχνετε φισες και καλωδια. απαραδεκτο εχω να το δω 30 χρονια τετοια φτωχεια και ταλαιπωρια.
τελος, το βαλσιμο και βγαλσιμο απο τη μεταλλικη θηκη ειναι "φτωχο", δεν πιανει καλα, δεν βγαινει καλα, δεν μαγκωνουν καλα τα σιδερακια για το βγαλε, γενικως πολυ φθηνη κατασκευη. χιλιες φορες ενα φθηνο της pioneer . το πηρα για τις καλες κριτικες στον ηχο και για την συνδεση με το κινητο (παιχει και τραγουδια απο το κινητο) και τελικα μας βγηκε συναρμολογουμενο...

This company no longer exists, but I chose it out of respect, because it was literally a legend!
This particular device was installed on a boat and the impressions have been good from the very first moment.
Good sound (for its size, its price (plus the fact that we are talking about a boat)).
There are some issues, however, not with the wiring or the sound, but with practicality, such as having to search quite a bit to find which color gives you the greatest contrast so that the screen is more readable in sunny conditions.
What I highly recommend is to download the app on your mobile, because it makes your life easier and solves your problems—we've all struggled at some point with menus and submenus, often without achieving what we want.
With the app, all that is over!
In summary, the device is worth its money, because it is both good with proper sound and many settings, and it becomes easy to use with the app.

Εντάξει, τι να πει κανείς για μια θρυλική εταιρία, τη Nakamichi, εταιρία που έβγαλε το Dragon, το TD-1200 (αυτοκινήτου), τα Mobile deck 1, 1,,5 και 2, και τόσα άλλα είτε με το σύστημα NAAC (Nakamichi Auto Azimuth Correction) system είτε με χειροκίνητο, όπου απλά ρύθμιζες τη βέλτιστη γωνία που η κεφαλή διάβαζε την ταινία όπως περνούσε μπροστά της για να έχεις τον όσο πιο κοντά στο τέλειο γίνεται ήχο…
Η εταιρία πλέον αυτή δεν υπάρχει, την προτίμησα όμως τιμής ένεκεν, γιατί κυριολεκτικά ήταν θρύλος!
Το συγκεκριμένο μηχανάκι, μπήκε σε σκάφος και οι εντυπώσεις είναι καλές από την πρώτη στιγμή.
Καλός ήχος (για το μέγεθος, την τιμή του (συν το γεγονός ότι μιλάμε για σκάφος).
Υπάρχουν θεματάκια ωστόσο, όχι με τη συνδεσμολογία ή τον ήχο, αλλά με την πρακτικότητα, όπως πρέπει να ψάξεις αρκετά για να βρεις ποιό χρώμα σου δίνει τη μεγαλύτερη αντίθεση για να είναι πιο ευανάγνωστη η οθόνη υπό συνθήκες ηλιοφάνειας.
Αυτό που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα είναι να κατεβάσει κάποιος στο κινητό του την εφαρμογή, γιατί σου κάνει τη ζωή εύκολη και σου λύνει τα χέρια-όλοι μας σε κάποια στιγμή έχουμε παιδευτεί με τα μενού-υπομενού χωρίς πολλές φορές να κατορθώνουμε το επιθυμητό.
Με την εφαρμογή όλα αυτά τέλος!
Συνοψίζοντας, το μηχανάκι τα αξίζει τα λεφτά του, γιατί και καλό είναι με σωστό ήχο και πολλές ρυθμίσεις, και εύκολο γίνεται με τη χρήση της εφαρμογής.

Για τα χρήματά του είναι αρκετά καλό. Βέβαια δεν έχει καμία σχέση με την παλιά nakamichi. Μέτρια ποιότητα κατασκευής. Στο θέμα του ήχου κάνει ότι υπόσχεται.

Μετά από κάτι μήνες χάλασε το κούμπωμα τις οθόνης και σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί.
θα επιστρέψω στις άλλες Ιαπωνικές εταιρείες που είχα τόσα χρόνια και δούλευαν !!!!
Very good for the money. Obviously, no one expects to have bought a Nakamichi with the well-known quality of the old ones. However, it is quite good. The Bluetooth connection works very reliably and the SD card works more reliably than the USB.
January 2025: It gave up the ghost after 6 months...
I will update after the electrician - installer checks it, in case the sound system is not to blame.
In the end, it just needed a good reset, which is done by unplugging the power connector for a few minutes. After that, it came back and works normally again.
Πολύ καλό για τα λεφτά του. Προφανώς δεν περιμένει κανείς να έχει αγοράσει Nakamichi με την γνωστή ποιότητα των παλιών. Είναι όμως αρκετά καλό. Η blue tooth σύνδεση λειτουργεί πολύ αξιόπιστα και το SD δισκάκι πιο αξιόπιστα από το USB.
Ιανουάριος 2025: Παρέδωσε το πνεύμα του όμως μετά από 6 μήνες...
Θα ενημερώσω αφού το δει ο ηλεκτρολόγος - εγκαταστάτης, μήπως δεν φταίει το ηχοσύστημα.
Τελικά ήθελε ένα καλό reset, το οποίο γίνεται βγάζοντας τη φίσα της τροφοδοσίας για λίγα λεπτά. Μετά επανήλθε και δουλεύει πάλι κανονικά.
