Saponaria Peppermint essential oil has a camphoraceous aroma and is organic. It can be used in aromatherapy after first diluting it in a carrier oil.

For massage, use 2–7 drops in one tablespoon of carrier oil, and use 3–7 drops in a diffuser. For use in a bath or foot bath, first mix it with a little carrier oil and dissolve it thoroughly in the water. Do not use the essential oil undiluted.
