    It does a good job but unfortunately out of the 10 times I took it, 2 times I got rashes with itching all over my body, I read that this can happen from some proteins if you are predisposed, the strawberry flavor although nice did not satisfy me, otherwise everything else was fine

Then I tried the Strawberry Vanilla flavor again in 500gr and I was satisfied. Then I tried it in 2.3kg, I would recommend trying it in 500gr first to see if you like it and then go for the 2.3kg.
