Update, after a year of use, now it only works during the summer months.. Now it doesn't produce water, probably its fluids have run out. There is no technician in the area.

After 2 months of working remotely, it seems to be doing its job and collecting moisture. (used in a basement house)

There is a huge humidity problem in my area as I live next to the sea. For a house close to 100 square meters, it saved me. I empty the tank 3 to 4 times a day. Usually, I set it to work almost all day on the high setting and it is relatively quiet. After 3 months, it got stuck, the buttons and the wifi stopped working. I have to unplug it to make it stop, which is why the low rating. I hope to find a solution with the service. For your information, I bought the same one for my parents and it hasn't shown the same problem, but there the motor is much louder and the dehumidifier wobbles back and forth.

It is silent, it is economical, it reduces humidity very quickly (personally, it brought ours down from 60% to 50% in just about an hour). Just because our house was renovated a year ago with very good thermal insulation, as I mentioned, we don't have such intense humidity in the house, so the difference from 60 to 50 isn't that significant.

With an average of 8 hours of use per day, it manages to reduce humidity from 75+% to 40-45% in a two-story suite in the city of Rethymno during the winter months (a city with high humidity all year round). The app makes usage even easier and simpler. The noise it makes is easily gotten used to and the water tank needs to be emptied about once a day! Tip: The water from the tank can be used in the steam iron!

I bought it because I also have asthma and my little one does too, so we need to maintain a constant humidity level in the house. It brought the humidity down from 58% to 40% in 6 hours in an 80 sqm space. It's a positive that it has an ionizer, a filter, and also importantly, a UV lamp for germs.

Low consumption (I don't remember the number when I measured) below what it says. It reduces humidity in the room quickly and doesn't make noise. The fan has 2 levels in case it needs to work at high power (it makes a little noise there).
It also has a function to filter and clean the air without dehumidifying and also connects to the mobile so you can do everything from the mobile if you want.
Its tank is satisfactory but there is the possibility of connection to drainage or generally to drain the water somewhere else outside the tank

Stay away from this dehumidifier.
1) It makes so much noise that it's like having a food truck in your house making hotdogs.
2) The application is forgotten and useless. Even if you manage to connect it, it has very few settings.

1st experience with a dehumidifier, it does its job very well. I empty the tank twice a day and there is also the option to connect it to a permanent drain. Sturdy construction, it has two speeds Hi/Lo and I don't think any more are needed, most of the noise comes from the compressor and not its fan. I would give five stars if it made less noise during operation. During the day it doesn't bother at all, but at night it's like having an old technology fridge in your space. Its WiFi connection is stable and the app is simple, but you can also use it via Google Home. I will buy the same machine for another residence. (Update after almost 2 years of use, it broke down, nevertheless I leave the 4 stars because the response from Toyotomi's representative was exemplary)

A great dehumidifier. Stylish, fits in all rooms, and is not noisy. It does the job it's supposed to do and compared to an Inventor Atmosphere XL dehumidifier that I have, even though it's not as powerful in dehumidifying (up to 100 sqm for the Inventor), it is quieter and I believe it has a better ionizer section (cleans the atmosphere better, that is). For its price, it is a good purchase. Its reliability remains to be proven.
