A major drawback for me was the size and weight of the camera, which combined with Fujifilm lenses made the overall experience less portable and practical than I wanted. Although the retro design is aesthetically pleasing, the handling options were not as ergonomic as I expected, which fatigued me during long shooting sessions.
Furthermore, I found that the battery performance was mediocre, which is disappointing for photographers who are often out for many hours. Despite promises for video upgrades, the X-T5 does not offer anything special in this area, while the lack of built-in stabilization on previous lenses (although it supports IBIS) does not help with flexibility.
Ultimately, I decided to sell it and get the OM System OM-5. The experience with the OM-5 was truly superior, especially regarding portability, stabilization, and overall ease of use. The OM-5 manages to deliver excellent image quality, ergonomics, and creative features, all at a much more affordable price and with greater comfort.

Absolutely functional with an excellent viewfinder and a shutter sound that is simply magical!!! With the dials, it becomes classic, and with the rotating selections, it is modern! With fast lenses, you easily overcome the disadvantage of crop sensors while staying at low ISO. In terms of focus, it is honest with eye, animal, bird, car, airplane, and train tracking. Finally, in terms of image quality, naturalness, and colors, in my opinion, it has no rival!!! The only negative I see is that at ISO above 3200, the lack of sharpness starts to become more apparent compared to the full frames I had.

Τελος, από ποιότητα εικόνας, φυσικότητα και χρώματα κατά την δίκη μου άποψη δεν έχει αντίπαλο!!!

Furthermore, I found that the battery performance was mediocre, which is disappointing for photographers who are often out for many hours. Despite promises for video upgrades, the X-T5 does not offer anything special in this area, while the lack of built-in stabilization on previous lenses (although it supports IBIS) does not help with flexibility.
Ultimately, I decided to sell it and get the OM System OM-5. The experience with the OM-5 was truly superior, especially regarding portability, stabilization, and overall ease of use. The OM-5 manages to deliver excellent image quality, ergonomics, and creative features, all at a much more affordable price and with greater comfort.
While the Fujifilm X-T5 may satisfy some photographers, for me it was a disappointing investment that was not worth the money.

Αρχικά, αν και η ποιότητα εικόνας είναι καλή, δεν βρήκα ότι δικαιολογεί την υψηλή τιμή της. Το δυναμικό εύρος και η λεπτομέρεια στις φωτογραφίες είναι αξιόλογα, αλλά δεν ήταν τόσο εντυπωσιακά ώστε να ξεχωρίζουν από άλλες μηχανές σε αυτή την κατηγορία. Επιπλέον, το σύστημα αυτόματης εστίασης δεν ήταν τόσο γρήγορο και αξιόπιστο όσο θα περίμενα, ειδικά σε συνθήκες χαμηλού φωτισμού ή με γρήγορα κινούμενα θέματα.
Ένα μεγάλο μειονέκτημα για μένα ήταν το μέγεθος και το βάρος της μηχανής, που σε συνδυασμό με τους φακούς της Fujifilm καθιστούσαν τη συνολική εμπειρία λιγότερο φορητή και πρακτική από ό,τι ήθελα. Παρόλο που το retro design είναι όμορφο αισθητικά, οι επιλογές χειρισμού δεν ήταν τόσο εργονομικές όσο περίμενα, κάτι που με κούραζε κατά τη διάρκεια μεγάλων φωτογραφικών λήψεων.
Επιπλέον, βρήκα ότι η απόδοση της μπαταρίας ήταν μέτρια, κάτι που είναι απογοητευτικό για φωτογράφους που βρίσκονται συχνά εκτός για πολλές ώρες. Παρά τις υποσχέσεις για αναβαθμίσεις στο βίντεο, η X-T5 δεν προσφέρει κάτι ιδιαίτερο σε αυτό τον τομέα, ενώ η απουσία ενσωματωμένης σταθεροποίησης σε προηγούμενους φακούς (αν και υποστηρίζει IBIS) δεν βοηθά στην ευελιξία.
Τελικά, αποφάσισα να την πουλήσω και να πάρω την OM System OM-5. Η εμπειρία με την OM-5 ήταν πραγματικά ανώτερη, ειδικά όσον αφορά τη φορητότητα, τη σταθεροποίηση και τη συνολική ευκολία χρήσης. Η OM-5 καταφέρνει να προσφέρει εξαιρετική ποιότητα εικόνας, εργονομία και δημιουργικές λειτουργίες, όλα αυτά σε πολύ πιο προσιτή τιμή και με μεγαλύτερη άνεση.
Αν και η Fujifilm X-T5 μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει κάποιους φωτογράφους, για μένα ήταν μια απογοητευτική επένδυση που δεν άξιζε τα χρήματά της.
It is the camera that made me sell both the Canon R6 MK2 and the Sony A6400 since I immediately noticed its superior image quality!! Absolutely functional with an excellent viewfinder and a shutter sound that is simply magical!!! With the dials, it becomes classic, and with the rotating selections, it is modern! With fast lenses, you easily overcome the disadvantage of crop sensors while staying at low ISO. In terms of focus, it is honest with eye, animal, bird, car, airplane, and train tracking. Finally, in terms of image quality, naturalness, and colors, in my opinion, it has no rival!!! The only negative I see is that at ISO above 3200, the lack of sharpness starts to become more apparent compared to the full frames I had.
Είναι η μηχανή που με έκανε να πουλήσω και την canon r6 mk2 και την Sony a6400 αφού διαπίστωσα αμέσως την ανώτερη ποιότητα εικόνας της!! Απόλυτα λειτουργική με εξαιρετικό εικονοσκόπιο και ένα ήχο κλείστρου απλά μαγικό!!!
Με τα καντράν γίνεται κλασική και με τους περιστροφικους επιλογεις σύγχρονη! Με φακούς γρήγορους ξεπερνάς εύκολα το μειονέκτημα των κροπ αισθητήρων παραμένοντας σε χαμηλά iso. Από εστίαση είναι τίμια με παρακολούθηση ματιών, ζώων, πτηνών, αυτοκινήτων, αεροπλάνων και τρένων.
Τελος, από ποιότητα εικόνας, φυσικότητα και χρώματα κατά την δίκη μου άποψη δεν έχει αντίπαλο!!!
Το μόνο που βλέπω ως αρνητικό είναι πως σε iso πάνω από 3200 αρχιζει να φαίνεται η έλλειψη οξύτητας πιο έντονα σε σχέση με τις full frame που είχα.
