Berling Pedra surface varnish is water-based and single-component, with self-crosslinking acrylic resins. It protects stone and structural surfaces, such as Pelion and Karystos stone, roof tiles, polished cement screed and quartz floors, indoors and outdoors. The clear matte film does not alter the surface colour and features HALS UV protection to prevent yellowing.
It is resistant to weather conditions, mechanical stress and mild cleaning agents, and adheres well to stone surfaces. Its low slipperiness makes it suitable for polished cement screed and quartz floors. It is ready to use; for new surfaces, dilute the first coat with 5–10% water by volume.
