Berling Quartz Tile quartz primer is a water-based, acrylic primer, ready to use, for preparing smooth, non-absorbent surfaces. It creates a rough substrate for applying coatings and provides adhesion to glass, plasterboard, construction materials, metal, wood, and stone. It is also suitable as a primer for Deco Cire microcement.
It offers enhanced water repellency and resistance to alkaline substrates, and can also be applied to surfaces with a moisture content above 4%. Apply with a brush or roller without thinning. It is touch-dry in 1–2 hours. If applying a second coat of the same product, wait 6 hours. Apply Deco Cire or another coating after 24–48 hours.
