The Trec Omega 3 & D3 food supplement contains fish oil with the fatty acids DHA and EPA, and is enriched with vitamin D3. DHA is a structural component of the cell membranes in the retina, while omega-3 fatty acids are associated with vision, memory and concentration.

Vitamin D contributes to the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, as well as to the normal function of muscles and the immune system. Take one softgel per day.
