Despite my efforts such as uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, adjusting the BIOS settings, and continuous searching for a solution to the problem, unfortunately, I did not find a solution and I am forced to use Wi-Fi. After extensive research, I discovered that this is a common and frequent issue with MSI motherboards. I only hope for a new BIOS upgrade to resolve it.
