I did not see any difference in my morning blood pressure. On the contrary, after two or three days, I felt that I had more extrasystoles. I searched on the Internet and found that olive leaves act as calcium antagonists (e.g. Norvasc or Manyper, which is supposedly why they slightly lower blood pressure), so their intake should be approached with caution, especially by older individuals, because they may have proarrhythmic properties.
