Essentially, it is a relatively stylish raincoat. It does not breathe, as expected, and if you move intensely, you feel like you are in a greenhouse. Waterproof to a certain extent always... The hood does not have a drawstring so it does not adequately cover the neck and ears. I would not buy it again and definitely not at this price.
