Each softgel contains 1,200 mg of fish oil concentrate, with 600 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA, as well as 25 μg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3. The fish oil is molecularly distilled and tested for PCBs, dioxins, mercury, and other heavy metals.
