Η χρήση τους έγινε ευλαβικά όπως αναγραφόταν στο εγχειρίδιο.
The set was purchased on 7/11/2023. The 24cm diameter frying pan, apart from the fact that its coating peeled off at one spot on the outside, on 4/5/2025 during frying, its bottom started to deform in such a way that it no longer sat properly on the stove and then completely detached.
I note that the use of the pan is very light (less than weekly, perhaps every 15-20 days..), while the other pan with similar use and exactly the same treatment has not suffered any damage.
TEFAL informed me that they do not recognize the damage as a defective product and therefore it is not covered by the warranty. The company claimed that it resulted from the use of dishwasher detergent. It should be noted that dishwasher use is indicated for this product. As for the peeling of the coating, not a word...
