The joystick controls pitch bend, modulation and other control change commands, while the built-in arpeggiator creates rhythmic patterns. The Sustain/TAP button functions as a sustain control and as a tempo adjustment control when using the arpeggiator.

The octave shift covers a range from -4 to +4 octaves. It connects via a USB Type-B port, is powered through USB and requires no driver installation.
