Mercola Isomix Resin ACR 300 mortar additive is a low-viscosity acrylic emulsion featuring nano- and micro-molecular technology. It is used to strengthen and improve mortars and concrete, as an additive and as a bonding primer. It helps waterproof mortars and improve adhesion between old and new concrete or mortar.

Add it to the mixing water for cement mortars, brush-applied mortars, tile adhesives and grouts, adjusting the dilution ratio to suit the application. For bonding coats between old and new concrete or mortar, apply with a brush approximately 20 minutes before applying the new layer. Use undiluted to prime and waterproof surfaces. Application surfaces must be clean and free of oil, dust, dirt and loose material. In high temperatures or on highly absorbent surfaces, dampen the surfaces without leaving standing water.

  • Mix ratio for tile and marble adhesives and grouts: Emulsion to water 1:2 to 1:3
  • Mix ratio for cement mortars: Emulsion to water 1:3
  • Mix ratio for waterproofing plaster: Emulsion to water 1:3 to 1:4
  • Bonding coat application: Apply with a brush approximately 20 minutes before placing new concrete or mortar
