I have purchased the 2kg packaging twice, Vanilla and Unflavored, and I can't say that I am completely satisfied.

Price:
The price is quite good compared to the other suggested ones, but we are talking about concentrated which is the simplest.

Taste:
The Vanilla was very nice, with water and especially with milk, but the unflavored is frankly a "vomit." The reason to choose the Unflavored is because it is more natural with slightly better protein ratio and because it doesn't have so many sweeteners, but unfortunately, this one tastes very bad. Personally, I add a spoonful of honey and drink it in one go (after letting it sit for 15' for the foam to settle), but even then I feel like throwing up every time.

Result:
This is the first protein powder I have bought, but I haven't seen any crazy difference, maybe because I have been working out for years and already had some muscle mass. Since I did a bit of research, I will switch to Isolated which has better protein content and logically won't have a "milky" taste.

My review is based on a total of 2 flavors that I have tried and purchased several times. Overall, I have consumed over 10 kilograms of protein. The flavors I have tried are:
1. Natural
2. Chocolate Brownie

In the first option, the taste is like powdered milk, similar to what they give to babies. Personally, I really like the taste. It dissolves easily with a mixer, not so well with a shaker, and requires a lot of stirring with cold water or milk when using a spoon. The "tasteless" or natural flavor, as you may call it, contains 82 or 85% protein per 100 grams. It is very good considering that a well-known English company charges a fortune for 1 kilogram. Lies about the 750 grams! It is worth getting it from the website, and I will provide you with a code below for a 30% initial discount on your order. Permanently!

It doesn't make me bloated, but I noticed that when I ate rice or pasta the next day, I was half a kilogram heavier. However, when I didn't eat and just took it before bed, I was 0.5 kilograms lighter and full of energy.

Now, about the second flavor... I don't know why everyone badmouths it, but it is excellent if you want to have something sweet without consuming empty calories. What I mean is, if desserts from outside or homemade ones don't contain chocolate, eggs, or milk, there is no chance of getting protein, just unnecessary fat and carbohydrates, meaning empty calories of 500-800 calories per 100 grams. So, those who have a sweet tooth like me will understand when we crave a little something. I simply mix it with milk, preferably warm, and it's like drinking chocolate. I have purchased the 2kg packaging twice, Vanilla and Unflavored, and I can't say that I am completely satisfied.

Price:
The price is quite good compared to the other suggested ones, but we are talking about concentrated which is the simplest.

Taste:
The Vanilla was very nice, with water and especially with milk, but the unflavored is frankly a "vomit." The reason to choose the Unflavored is because it is more natural with slightly better protein ratio and because it doesn't have so many sweeteners, but unfortunately, this one tastes very bad. Personally, I add a spoonful of honey and drink it in one go (after letting it sit for 15' for the foam to settle), but even then I feel like throwing up every time.

Result:
This is the first protein powder I have bought, but I haven't seen any crazy difference, maybe because I have been working out for years and already had some muscle mass. Since I did a bit of research, I will switch to Isolated which has better protein content and logically won't have a "milky" taste.

My review is based on a total of 2 flavors that I have tried and purchased several times. Overall, I have consumed over 10 kilograms of protein. The flavors I have tried are:
1. Natural
2. Chocolate Brownie

In the first option, the taste is like powdered milk, similar to what they give to babies. Personally, I really like the taste. It dissolves easily with a mixer, not so well with a shaker, and requires a lot of stirring with cold water or milk when using a spoon. The "tasteless" or natural flavor, as you may call it, contains 82 or 85% protein per 100 grams. It is very good considering that a well-known English company charges a fortune for 1 kilogram. Lies about the 750 grams! It is worth getting it from the website, and I will provide you with a code below for a 30% initial discount on your order. Permanently!

It doesn't make me bloated, but I noticed that when I ate rice or pasta the next day, I was half a kilogram heavier. However, when I didn't eat and just took it before bed, I was 0.5 kilograms lighter and full of energy.

Now, about the second flavor... I don't know why everyone badmouths it, but it is excellent if you want to have something sweet without consuming empty calories. What I mean is, if desserts from outside or homemade ones don't contain chocolate, eggs, or milk, there is no chance of getting protein, just unnecessary fat and carbohydrates, meaning empty calories of 500-800 calories per 100 grams. So, those who have a sweet tooth like me will understand when we crave a little something. I simply mix it with milk, preferably warm, and it's like drinking chocolate. I have also tried making a proper chocolate cake, ice cream, etc. The 4 stars are given because of the average solubility in the natural flavor and the fact that the Brownie flavor contains 71% protein. However, even if you drink a glass of it, you won't crave sweets afterwards.
