• Very Acidic (5.4 and below): Eggplant, chicory, potato, sweet potato, raspberry, rhubarb, Swiss chard, strawberry, watermelon, blueberry.
• Moderately Acidic (5.5-5.9): Apple, basil, bean, carrot, chicory, corn, garlic, parsley, peas, peppers, zucchini, radish, turnip, soybean, sunflower, tomato.

• Alkaline (7.1-8): Cauliflower, celery, cucumber, melon, pomegranate, thyme.
