The safety floors are made from 100% recycled rubber granules, a mixture of polyurethane and colorant.
They are suitable for use by children as they do not contain harmful substances or materials. They are available in 50 x 50cm plates in green color.
They can be easily installed on well-compacted soil as well as on concrete surfaces using polyurethane glue.

They come with quality certificates for use in public spaces from EMI-TUV SUD LTD. Certified according to the EN1177:2008 specifications.

- thickness 20mm - fall height 0.70 meters, 16.8kg/m2
- thickness 30mm - fall height 1.10 meters, 21.1kg/m2
- thickness 40mm - fall height 1.40 meters, 25.2kg/m2
- thickness 50mm - fall height 1.80 meters, 25.8kg/m2
REACH certification: limits the presence of carcinogenic or toxic substances in safety floors, according to the European REACH Regulation.
The floors used in sports fields and playgrounds should not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in a percentage exceeding 0.0001%.
The restrictions apply to floors used in both outdoor and indoor spaces and cover eight PAHs, which are classified as either carcinogenic or mutagenic and toxic for reproduction.
The European Commission has requested the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to conduct a risk assessment for human health arising from skin exposure, ingestion, and inhalation of these substances.
