    4 Stars only because I have had it for a month and the main board with the buttons came off. I pressed it back into place and it went in normally, but it is not justified for the components to detach from the body of the machine so easily and so soon, and even by themselves. Other than that, it is an amazing and very efficient machine. The house now has a very nice atmosphere due to the cleanliness of the air and humidity. Even though I don't smoke, the air quality in the house has improved a lot.

    Purchase 20 days ago. From the very first time I turned it on, it froze on the back elements. So I send it for service and it returns after 10 working days. I open the box and see the filters broken and bent. I hope at least it works properly now. I will update when I have a picture of its operation. P.S. They say this specific dehumidifier must operate at temperatures above 18 degrees Celsius, which is not mentioned anywhere. If I had known, I would never have bought it. Make sure you are informed before buying anything.
