The present "Law of banking contracts" is a systematic continuation of the "Law of the banking system", which the writer has independently processed in a separate volume. However, both of these branches belong to the same unit. They together constitute the "Banking Law". In this volume, however, the focus of the research is on banking contracts, as they are enumerated in Article 11 of Law 3601/2007. Of course, there is a "General part" that precedes it, where many common characteristics of banking contracts are analyzed. This is followed by the specific part, in which the contracts of deposits, direct credits (loans), and agency of business requirements (factoring-forfaiting) are thoroughly researched, as much as possible.
