It was purchased mainly for the omnidirectional feature, so we could play DnD with friends from Discord. A group of 4 people can be heard relatively clearly, but if everyone is talking, it loses the sound. It is very good for all its functions, but I would choose something else (if available) for omnidirectional only.

Old but gold. The best for its price, especially, it's worth it and then some. Logitech G-Hub application, effects, various parameters. Don't even think about it.

I use it for ASMR videos, it has excellent sound quality and is quite sensitive. It's worth its money.

My own made so many parasites that even without recording voice, it recorded an "electronic sound" from the computer. I tried it on other PCs and laptops with different cables. Everywhere the same. Of course, no store admits that this is an issue for replacement! As for the stand, apart from being decorative, it records all the small vibrations from the table. Generally, you should know that these microphones require sound-absorbing panels on the walls, otherwise they do not record voice well and they also require a soundproof room. Otherwise, they record machines, dogs, laundry machines, air conditioners, and anything else. Also, it does not provide any kind of software with the microphone.

Well, I have had the microphone for about 4 months mainly for voice recordings in Fl Studio. To perform properly, it requires a stand and a pop filter (you can also use it without a stand as long as you tilt it slightly so that your vocal waves hit the microphone from the side and not from above). Personally, I simply plugged it into my PC and it immediately recognized it, without needing any adjustments. I only set it to capture the front vocals from the back because it has 4 functions. It is very convenient with a super high-quality construction, and at €150, it is a very good option for someone who wants to start making music/streaming or anything else. I don't think there is a better choice for this price range. Also, it is much larger up close, so if you don't have space on your desk, look elsewhere.

If you are really interested in this specific microphone, then you are doing VERY WELL!

The packaging may not catch your eye at first, but once you open it and realize how heavy it is, you'll understand that you've bought a sturdy product made from good materials. Very good but as it is a condenser, it picks up all the sounds. You need to play with settings, etc. Otherwise, the sound is crystal clear, they say maybe the best microphone for streaming/youtube. EDIT: A friend below said that it is indeed good but maybe not worth the hassle, I edit to agree with him! Despite being able to achieve good results, it is very troublesome and requires suitable conditions to function properly. I would not recommend it, especially in 2023 when there are so many good microphones available. Instead, a good sound card and a simple XLR microphone and you're set.

I have no words... the best quality and professional microphone there is, for making professional recordings... As soon as I plugged in the USB, it was recognized by Windows 10 as well as all video and music editing applications with absolute success... I highly recommend buying it without hesitation if you are more professionally involved with your PC and sound.

The microphone was purchased for use with voice recognition programs (Logographer, Google Docs) on a Sony Vaio laptop.
I struggled for years with various headsets, microphones with separate sound card, phantom power, etc. With the Blue Yeti (true Plug and Play) by testing the different settings it offers, literally in 5 minutes I had amazing results. Dictation from a convenient distance and voice recognition at levels of 99-100%.

I bought it 2 years ago. An amazing microphone for amateur use with very good sound quality! Of course, it was a bit expensive compared to 2013. I had bought it for 120 euros. Also, be careful because the cable may need to be replaced, but it's not something expensive, just a simple USB type B.
