they are very good, but they don't get top marks because where you have to change the handles... there's an issue..

As a coach, I can tell you with certainty that this product is completely useless!! I have a lot of experience with these kinds of items and if you want to save your money, look for something else! Unfortunately, it's going straight to the trash as it came!! If you have some knowledge and know what you're looking for, this particular one is TPE, meaning the elastic that stretches 50% of its length and then becomes a rope, completely losing its elasticity, resulting in you not being able to have full extension for proper use and it breaks very easily, while it says 100% latex! Money wasted!! The bad thing is that no one mentions the material of construction in the description, so ordering this equipment online is very difficult! Anyway, this is not what you're looking for!

As long as they were the bands in the photos, they were amazing, lasted a long time even with heavy use, the new version is disappointing, you feel like you're pulling ropes and not bands..
They were replaced with the Trizand ones which are very strong and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

So far they seem good.
I have had them for about 2 months with relatively frequent use (3 times/week with many repetitions) and they don't show anything bad.
I am cautious because I have been disappointed several times with similar products that lasted at most 3 months. If they don't hold up until then, the rating will drop to a 'disappointing' 2 or 3 stars

For someone who has no idea like me and needs to do simple exercises after surgery and doesn't want to spend a fortune on something that will just sit around, it's just fine. There are options since each band has different resistance and it also has extra handles. For me, it's a clear choice for someone who isn't very experienced. If I now become the super athlete of the 5 continents and 7 seas, then we'll see about something more expensive and of higher quality

Great for their price. Good quality and sturdy construction, they seem like they will last a long time. I've used them a lot, they're not like new after a while but they remain strong. Also, a big plus is the instruction booklet which is in Greek, very helpful!

After mild use (2 times a week) the first tire broke. very good quality unfortunately.

Unfortunately, I expected something different based on previous reviews. The bands do not have the right elasticity; they are not suitable for exercise. I tried them once and gave up.

Excellent 10. One of the best purchases I have made. They seem to be of good quality, I enjoy using them, and they are very affordable. One hour of training with these bands (medium weight, I used 13 and a half kilos) and I burned 600 calories, about as much as I would burn in the gym with machines and some weights. They have all the necessary accessories inside, plus the awesome booklet with many exercises for someone who is a beginner with bands like me. Their bag is very convenient, you can easily take them everywhere with you. Obviously, I do not expect them to replace the gym but I believe that they can work perfectly as a supplement.

I love them. They are quite high-quality. I say quite because the yellow band broke when it was stretched.

P.S. In the end, the green one also broke when it was stretched. I have had them for nine and a half months and I use them at least four times a week. However, it seems that the soft bands are not suitable for heavy stretching (the two that broke are the softest ones).
