Nice quality and feels sturdy enough. It does its job well; however, the plastic part that clamps and holds the monitor in its vertical position tends to slip during tightening. It’s not that it fails to function, but there’s definitely room for improvement by the manufacturer.

The main reason I bought this stand is because my monitor's base requires a lot of depth on the desk. Something that makes it inconvenient. I thought that such a stand would help me open up the space on my desk. I must admit that for its price, it is decent quality. The assembly is quite easy, just pay attention to the basic steps and not the exceptions because they will confuse you.
Essentially, it has almost the same depth as the depth created by my monitor's regular base. In order to manage to save 2-3 centimeters, I positioned the back of the screen parallel to the wall and turned the screen 90 degrees towards me so that it would go a few centimeters further "inside".
So, if you are getting a stand to save space (depth), maybe a wall mount would have been better, where you can move the desk a bit further away from the wall and the screen won't bother the desk.
Also, although it can make movements left and right, tilt up and down, for the viewing angle, you cannot change the height of the screen without loosening the screw at the back and tightening it again. Something that is also a negative.
Other than that, don't worry, it is a fairly good stand, at least in terms of quality, I don't consider there to be a risk of falling or loosening.

Η συναρμολόγηση είναι αρκετά εύκολη, απλά δώστε βάση μόνο στα βασικά βήματα και όχι στις υποπεριπτώσεις γιατί θα σας μπερδέψουν.
Επί της ουσίας έχει σχεδόν το ίδιο βάθος με το βάθος που δημιουργεί η κανονική βάση του monitor μου. Για να καταφέρω να κλέψω 2-3 εκατοστά, το πίσω μέρος της κεφαλής της οθόνης την έβαλα να κοιτάει παράλληλα με τον τοίχο, και έστρεψα την οθόνη κατά 90 μοίρες προς εμένα ουτως ωστε να μπεί έστω και λίγα εκατοστά πιο "μέσα".
Αν λοιπόν παίρνετε μια βάση για να εξοικονομήσετε χώρο (βάθος), ίσως να ήταν καλύτερη μια βάση τοίχου, όπου εκεί άμα θέλεις πηγαίνεις το γραφείο λίγο πιο μακριά απο τον τοίχο και έτσι δεν ενοχλει η οθόνη το γραφείο.
Επίσης, αν και μπορει να κανει κινήσεις δεξια αριστερά, κλίση προς τα πάνω και προς τα κάτω, για το οπτικό πεδίο, δεν μπορείς να αλλάζεις το ύψος της οθόνης, χωρίς να χαλαρώνεις την βίδα στο πίσω μέρος και να την ξανα σφίγγεις. Κάτι το οποίο είναι κ αυτό στα αρνητικά.
Κατά τα άλλα μην ανησυχείτε είναι μία αρκετά καλή βάση, ποιοτικά τουλάχιστον δεν θεωρώ πως υπάρχει κίνδυνος πτώσης ή χαλάρωσης.

Nice quality and feels sturdy enough. It does its job well; however, the plastic part that clamps and holds the monitor in its vertical position tends to slip during tightening. It’s not that it fails to function, but there’s definitely room for improvement by the manufacturer.
