The fifth edition of Intellectual Property Law by Professor Lambros Kotsiris, in addition to the needs of academic teaching, is a comprehensive work that is addressed to every legal professional and anyone interested in intellectual property issues.
Legislative changes in national law in line with community law have imposed this edition. A draft law with proposals for amendments to Law 2121/93, both substantive and procedural matters, as well as matters of operation and supervision of collective management organizations, has not yet been submitted for consultation.
