The preparation method is extremely easy by following these steps:

  • 1. Prepare the mixture in a bowl and place it in the cooling container of the device,
  • 2. Select the function of both movements of the stirrer that the ice cream maker has (clockwise & counterclockwise rotation),
  • 3. In 20 to 40 minutes you will have a homogeneous and uniform mixture in terms of temperature, with the desired texture of ice cream or sorbet,
  • 4. The only requirement: before starting the ice cream maker, the cooling container must be in the freezer for 12 hours.
