Full HD

Full HD televisions have the ability to display high definition content with a resolution of 1920x1080.

They are being replaced by higher resolution 4K televisions.
Refresh Rate
50/60 Hz

Refresh Rate

The refresh rate is the number of frames per second that a TV can display and is expressed in hertz (Hz). Most TVs are 50/60 Hz, while some are 100 or 120 Hz. Higher frame rates offer smoother images (without stuttering or blurring) in fast-paced scenes such as sports or action movies.

Type of Panel

The technology used by television to display images.

The LED lights, which provide the illumination for the pixels of the television, are placed on the edges of the panel frame. 2. Televisions that incorporate this technology have lower color contrast performance, but have reduced cost and weight.
HDR Types
-

HDR Types

Technologies that enhance contrast and color performance for a more realistic image. There are various HDR standards, such as HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG, and HDR10+, with differences in quality and display capabilities.
Local Dimming
No

Local Dimming

LED TVs use LED backlighting behind the screen. LED TVs with Local Dimming capability can illuminate different areas of the screen with different intensities, achieving better local black performance and contrast compared to regular LEDs.

OLED TVs do not require this technology as the lighting is integrated into each individual pixel and can be completely turned off, providing absolute black and even better contrast.

Audio

Channels
Stereo

Channels

Channels refer to the number and type of individual speakers contained in the television and are described by 2 numbers separated by a dot. The first number refers to how many full-range speakers (speakers for the entire frequency range) the television contains, while the second refers to how many subwoofer-type speakers (speakers specialized for bass frequencies). For example, a television with 2.1 speakers has 2 regular speakers and 1 subwoofer.

2. Almost all television programs are stereo (for playback from at least 2 speakers), meaning they are designed to sound different in each of the 2 speakers to give the listener a sense of space. More speakers make this feeling even more realistic, and the presence of a subwoofer gives fuller bass.

Stereo
Most televisions have stereo speakers, meaning they contain 2 speakers for stereo sound (sound with depth).
Power
32 W

Power

The sum of the power of the TV speakers. Most TVs have 2 speakers of 10 watts each, which add up to 20 watts.

The TV speakers are sufficient for basic use, but for an improved experience, it is recommended to use a Soundbar or a Home Cinema system.

Good image, user-friendly menu. Many problems with its Android function. The applications (Disney+, Netflix, etc.) crash several times when you open them, causing the TV to freeze and requiring a power disconnect to make it work again.

In this budget, I think it's the best choice. It's a very decent television, its menu is awesome, the picture on regular channels as well as streaming content like Netflix is very good, its sound is okay (although I haven't tested it from a distance). The negatives that I have noticed almost a year later are that it only has one USB and HDMI port, and the side view distorts the colors and resolution a lot

While the visual quality of the construction may not appear very good, overall the television is worth its money and more. Its colors and resolution are excellent (very close to a 5-year-old Sony), it performs quite well in gaming (PS4), the Google menu is very good, especially after an upgrade that was done. The black it displays is quite good for this price range, without any shadowing or glossiness. I highly recommend it for this budget

My first TCL after a friend's recommendation (I admit I didn't know the brand). Impressions are generally positive, especially regarding the picture and sound quality, which are comparable to higher-budget TVs. The only "negative" thing I find is its plastic material, which I believe the competition has better. The durability, which is the main factor, will be proven over time.

I mainly bought it for the PS5 and Netflix. Without being a demanding gamer to nitpick too much, this particular TV seems excellent with vibrant colors for gaming. I would like the sound to have a little more intensity and the image to be slightly better from an angle, but at this price, the image quality is good.

The television is a good choice for its price. The positives, besides the value for money, are the picture and sound quality, which are at a very good level. The menu only gave me a little trouble, but familiarity comes with time. Overall, a very good choice.

For its price, it's quite good but don't expect any OLED quality. It's a decent option for the money. For me, if you want something really good, go for a more expensive TCL model and you'll remember me.

So after having it for a month, here's what I've concluded: The TV has some negatives such as 1) limited viewing angle 2) not-so-high-quality plastic exterior 3) factory settings that aren't great and require tweaking. However, there are also several positives such as 1) beautiful colors and resolution that rival more expensive TVs 2) the Google menu that surpasses other TV menus 3) the amazing price that makes it a worthwhile purchase. But if you have a bit more money to spend, I recommend checking out other TCL series that are fantastic.

So, the advantages of this television are: 1) its price: It is perhaps the most economical option in Google TV and generally an emerging brand in televisions. 2) Google TV: With Google TV, a new world opens up in televisions with capabilities that we could not have imagined all these years.

The downsides are the moderate viewing angle and not-so-good sound.

Television is a joy, except for the price which is very tempting, but it's worth the money. The image is very honest and the important advantage is the google tv which you can't find in 2 very big brands. Apart from some small glitches in channel changes, there is no issue.

After market research, I couldn't find anything better for 220€. Think about it, it has Google TV (important) and a very decent picture (although it requires some tweaking with the picture settings) and for so little money it's very hard to get something better. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

The television is quite good for its price, of course it depends on what everyone is looking for. I, who do not know much about televisions and some comments with settings I read them in Chinese, I bought it purely because of the price because I did not want to spend anything more and it has covered my needs. For any Netflix and regular TV it has fully satisfied me. One bad thing is that the image darkens a little from the sides, I don't know if this improves.

Okay, the truth is that it lacks a bit in quality externally, it seems that it doesn't have the build quality of a €500 television, which is reasonable. I was hesitant to spend more money to get something definitely good, but reading reviews confused me even more, so I decided to give it a chance here. Okay, at first the picture didn't satisfy me, but my husband found some settings and there was a noticeable improvement, 5 stars because for the money it really has a very decent picture which counts more for me, in terms of plastic and remote control quality I would give it 3.

I got it purely for professional reasons (office) and I keep it on and playing all day. As you can understand, I was looking for something economical, but the TV seems to have a great picture and scrolling through the settings, I discovered endless picture and sound adjustments, so with a little interest, you can bring the picture exactly to your liking. For now, no complaints.

With this amount of money, it's difficult to get something better. If you add +150€, then you will definitely get something better because you get what you pay for. To be honest, the TV doesn't overflow with quality, externally it seems like an economical construction in terms of plastic quality, but with a quick glance and some adjustments and tweaking of the settings, I can't say that it disappointed me, quite the opposite. It stands very well in terms of image issues, especially, the sound could be better, but fortunately, I have a soundbar. I have identified a slight delay in the image when changing channels, but the smart menu does not freeze at all, but other than that, nothing else. I will come back as I am an old acquaintance with the brand.

I decided to give a chance to new brands that are coming out in the market. But with this particular one, it's a disaster. I regret it after reading good reviews. What was I thinking? The TV is of very poor quality, not to mention the dominant white shade in all colors and the blurriness. I wish I could go back and spend 50-70 euros more to go for a popular brand. Or should I mention how slow the menu is?

In this budget, I think it's the best choice. It's a very decent television, its menu is awesome, the picture on regular channels as well as streaming content like Netflix is very good, its sound is okay (although I haven't tested it from a distance). The negatives that I have noticed almost a year later are that it only has one USB and HDMI port, and the side view distorts the colors and resolution a lot

Resolution
Full HD

Resolution

The quality of the image that the television is capable of providing, which comes in the following values: HD Ready, Full HD (1080p), 4K Ultra HD, and 8K Ultra HD.

Edge LED

Type of Panel

The technology used by television to display images.

Edge LED

I tried and decided to give a chance to this brand that is becoming very popular and rising, and I believe it is truly one of the best choices. Well done, TCL!

Good image, user-friendly menu. Many problems with its Android function. The applications (Disney+, Netflix, etc.) crash several times when you open them, causing the TV to freeze and requiring a power disconnect to make it work again.

I was very satisfied.....I didn't know the brand but I can say that it competes with the TV in my living room, which was a well-known and more expensive brand...super....
