ISOMIX RESIN SBR 400

Reinforced latex emulsion for improving cementitious materials and concrete using nanomolecular technology. ISOMIX RESIN SBR 400 is an ultra-reinforced, concentrated polymer emulsion of new nanomolecular technology, based on synthetic resins and nanomolecular and micromolecular emulsions. It is ideal for enhancing, waterproofing, and improving the workability and adhesion of mortars and concrete.

APPLICATIONS

• Priming of absorbent or crumbling surfaces to be painted with acrylics and plastic coatings, insulated, or tiled with ceramics, stones, marbles, etc.
• Improvement of waterproofing, adhesion, and elasticity in cement-based glues and tile joints.
• Improvement of adhesion, strengths, and waterproofing of plasters and other mortars.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure that the application surfaces are clean, free of oils, loose materials, dust, and contaminants. In cases of high temperatures or highly absorbent surfaces, dampen without leaving standing water.

MIXING

ISOMIX RESIN SBR 400 is added in the recommended ratios to the mixing water of the mortars:

• FLOOR CEMENT MORTARS
  Cement : sea sand = 1:1 to 1:4
  ISOMIX RESIN SBR 400: water = 1:1
  Mortar : mixing liquid = 5:1
• COATING CEMENT MORTARS
  ISOMIX RESIN SBR 400: water = 1:3
• CONNECTING LAYERS OF OLD & NEW CONCRETE OR MORTAR
  Cement : sea sand = 1:1
  ISOMIX RESIN SBR 400: water = 1:1
  Mortar : mixing liquid = 2:1. Apply with a brush about 20 minutes before pouring the new concrete or mortar

• CEMENT MORTARS
