Today I bought the source, I haven't opened it yet, a guy who wears it recommended it to me and he only told me good things, now I hope it really is good because so far this is the third one I've tried and I hope to see results

First of all, the packaging was not sealed, probably a return that was not even checked. A broken piece of plastic from a USB Stick was found stuck in the USB port, which proves it was not brand new. We only connected two phones, the Bluetooth takes a very long time to reconnect, you have to turn Bluetooth on and off, the whole device, and after a while it finally connects. It shows a different song title from the one that is playing. The menu is complicated, you have to search to find what you want. The heatsink on the back literally gets burning hot, which is not visible since it is installed, with only the factory front speakers connected. When you pause, you hear a slight hiss from the speakers, with everything turned off, engine, lights, which goes away if you change the source to e.g. USB.
On the positive side, when it plays it has very good sound, classes above the old Pioneer I had. The microphone is small with a long cable and good sound.

Time to change my reliable and very good old one.. ok, no comparison between the one and the other. In the color red 1, which matches the Audi, the letters on the screen are at half the brightness compared to the other colors.

Very, very good head unit, it was recommended to me by a shopkeeper friend because the Pioneer units I had did not satisfy me.

As a head unit, it is perfect for someone who wants to add amplifiers and seriously upgrade their sound. I have it connected to 3 amplifiers: one for the speakers, one for the horns in the doors, and one for the bass in the back (These are powerful with the use of a 3-Way Crossover where the 3 pairs of RCA outputs at the back can be adjusted separately for each frequency range, read the manual). Although I was going to get a DSP, I saw that it has DTA settings, I set them up and avoided the DSP, get it with your eyes closed!

As for volume, it always depends on the amplifiers (if you have them), I have set everything with DD1+, 40Hz distorts at 32 (4.2V) and 1KHz at 34 (1.7V) (These may vary depending on the revision of the unit).

ALSO! I see there is incorrect information on Skroutz, I don't know why. The mistakes I see are:

Operating System: It is not Android since it is a 1-Din unit.

Detachable Front Panel: Yes, with the button located at the bottom left of the unit (It is not clearly visible in the photos, but it is there).

GPS: No, because again it is a 1-Din unit.

Built-in Wi-Fi / 3G: No, because again it is a 1-Din unit.

AUX: Yes, it is located under the cover where the USB is.

4G: No, because again it is a 1-Din unit.

UPDATE: From 24/04/2024 it has been installed in a new car with the same amplifiers, bass, horns, speakers, just with a high-output alternator, still works perfectly, still delivers incredible sound!

As of 08/02/2026 it still works like clockwork!
