The yellow chromotropic is a sticky plastic panel that can trap insects that may be harmful to crops. The yellow traps attract insects with their color and trap them with their special durable glue. Both the trap and the glue used have high resistance to UV radiation. The traps are environmentally and human-friendly, without containing insecticidal substances.

Where they are used:

• On trees such as apricots, pears, figs, olives, citrus, etc.
• In greenhouses:
  • On plants like cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, beans, etc. In climbing crops, like cucumbers, the trap is recommended to be placed next to the plant, approximately at the middle of its expected final height.
  • In low crops, the traps are recommended to be placed at a height of about 50 cm above the ground, near the plants.
  • In greenhouses, the traps are recommended to be placed near windows, doors, and any other potential entry points of insects.
  • It is suggested to use 1 trap per 10 - 15 sq.m.
  • In all indoor and outdoor spaces, such as storage rooms, basements and semi-basement areas, offices, kitchens, balconies, gardens, etc.

How they are used:

• Remove the protective paper that covers both sides of the trap, holding the trap from the part that is not sticky.
• You can hang the traps:
  • On plants: Close to the leaves, in low areas of the plants (preferably facing east and in cool places).
  • In greenhouses, as mentioned in the section "Where they are used".
  • In indoor and outdoor spaces: In areas where flying insects gather, avoiding contact with surfaces, such as walls.
• Replace the trap when the sticky surface is filled with insects or after 1 year of continuous use.
