Description

Built-in cooktop IRS 631 from the manufacturer Teka, with 3 cooking zones.
Its type is induction, meaning only the bottom of the cookware is heated and not the entire cooktop, resulting in the surrounding area remaining cool to the touch. It uses less energy compared to other types of cooktops and cooking time is halved.
Indicatively, water boils in less than 90 seconds.
Its cleaning is very easy, as the area around the cookware remains cool, so anything spilled does not heat up and stick to the surface.
A necessary condition for this type of cooktop is that the cookware must be compatible with induction cooktops, meaning made of stainless steel or cast iron, as not all types of cookware can be used. Finally, if you have small children, they are considered the safest option.
It operates autonomously, meaning it can function on its own without the need for connection to an oven. This means it can be placed anywhere in your kitchen that suits you best. It is suitable for combination with an above-counter oven, as the oven can be placed anywhere, independently of the cooktops.

The control for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done digitally and via touch. All options are located at the bottom of the hob and are integrated into the surface. Therefore, all you need to start cooking is a few gentle touches with your finger.

Finally, it has a frame which is ideal for installation in existing countertop cutouts.

I have bought the product here for a year now and I have the following problem. The performance of the stove decreases significantly after 6 months and continues to decline until now. The observation has been made as follows. I usually use the small burner on the bottom left to boil eggs, usually with the use of the timer. The time it took initially was 10, and after the first 3 minutes, I had to lower the intensity from 9 to 7.
Now it permanently stays at 9 and the water takes a long time to boil, specifically after 8 minutes.
I am sure about the time because in the first 6 months, I had the eggs ready in 10 minutes exactly as I wanted.
After the summer, the performance started to gradually decline.
Of course, the technician did not recognize it as a problem because he said I should have had a video as proof. After 100 different excuses, he avoided me and even gave me irrelevant answers to two specific standard data, water that covers two eggs in 10 minutes.
If he doesn't provide a fault number, he says he can't do anything.
Also, as he was leaving, he told me, "I understand you, but you know from the company... We are under pressure... Etc, etc."
    Unacceptably rude!!!!!
Also, I would like to note that the cookware is from Teka and the installation is based on the specifications of height, depth, and width that are placed on the kitchen counter
