    It sticks strongly, "sits" well on tiles and details, and after a while it becomes almost one with the surface. The aluminum surface helps a lot with UV and weather resistance, so the sun doesn't wear it down easily.
    In use, it gives a professional result without many tools, you apply it properly and you have sealing that doesn't require frequent maintenance.
    The only thing that needs attention is proper preparation: clean, dry surface and good pressing.
