I have been using this product for many years. I have two for a single bed for 6 years and one for a double bed for 4 years. We put them on the bed from October until spring. They have really been worth their money. And after 6 years, specifically yesterday, one of the single ones stopped working.
Χρησιμοποιώ το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν εδώ και πολλά χρόνια. Έχω δύο για μονό κρεβάτι εδώ και 6 χρόνια και ένα διπλό 4 χρόνια. Τα βάζουμε στο κρεβάτι από τον Οκτώβριο μέχρι την άνοιξη. Πραγματικά έχουν βγάλει τα λεφτά τους . Και μετά από 6 χρόνια εχθές συγκεκριμένα το ένα μονό σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί.
After a year of use, the mattress was not functioning. I couldn't find the receipt to contact the store for a replacement, so I went to the company where they found that the mattress had a problem (not the mechanism), they fixed it in half an hour, and I paid €27. Undoubtedly, it is not worth its money. In hindsight, I regretted fixing it. I don't know if it was worth the trouble. My mother has the Izzy, which has been working for four years without any issues. I have been using the Greek-made double Dream (the basic one) for three years with a 5-year warranty, and it is very good.
Μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσης το επίστρωμα δε λειτουργούσε. Δεν έβρισκα την απόδειξη για να απευθυνθώ στο κατάστημα για να το αντικαταστήσει οπότε πήγα στην εταιρεία όπου διαπίστωσαν ότι είχε πρόβλημα το επίστρωμα (όχι ο μηχανισμός), τον έφτιαξαν σε μισή ώρα και πλήρωσα 27 €. Αναμφίβολα δεν αξίζει τα χρήματά του. Εκ των υστέρων μετάνιωσα που το έφτιαξα. Δεν ξέρω αν άξιζε τον κόπο. Η μητέρα μου έχει το Izzy που λειτουργεί επί τέσσερα χρόνια χωρίς πρόβλημα. Εγώ έχω αγοράσει εδώ και τρία χρόνια το διπλό της Dream ( το απλό) ελληνικής κατασκευής με 5ετή εγγύηση και είναι πολύ καλό.
I bought an Imetec mattress topper 2 years and 10 days ago for use only during Christmas, as I had it in the village and it cost 39 euros. When I tried to plug it in, the control thermostat didn't work, and to buy a new one... the dealership asked me for 30 euros...!!!

διοτι το ειχα στο χωριο αξιας 39euro. Οταν πηγα να το βαλω στο ρευμα το χειριστηριο- θερμοστατης δεν δουλευε και για αγορα καινουργιου.... η αντιπροσωπεια μου ζητησε 30euro......!!!
