It is made of cast aluminum, a material that makes it particularly resistant to high temperatures and scratches. We recommend choosing this grill pan if you want to cook 4-6 servings of food. Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small stoves, as it is difficult to distribute heat evenly across the entire pan.

To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise you to let the pan cool before cleaning it and to avoid using a scouring pad. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
