Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste, suitable for coloring:

• buttercream
• marzipan
• fondant
• gum
• glaze
• mixture
• cookie dough

Colors can be mixed to create new shades. For coloring dough, 2 pieces can be colored separately and then mixed.

Instructions for use: Use a toothpick to take some color from the jar. For a deeper color, you can add more color. Knead well for uniform coloring or less for a marbled effect. For cleaning, wash hands with warm water and soap.

Suitable for water-based preparations. Not suitable for coloring chocolate. Maximum usage dosage: 1.64g/100g.
