Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste, suitable for coloring:
- buttercream
- marzipan
- fondant
- gum paste
- glaze
- mixes
- cookie dough
Colors can be mixed to create new shades. For example, it is possible to color 2 pieces of dough separately and then combine them.
Instructions for use: Use a toothpick to take some color from the jar. For deeper color, add more color. Knead well for even coloring or less for a marbled effect. After finishing, wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove the color.
It is suitable for water-based preparations but is not recommended for coloring chocolate.
Maximum usage dose: 1.64g/100g.
