They were installed on an Aprilia Caponord ETV 1000 model 2008. Very good grip quality. With a temperature of -5 and a good winter glove (not heated) with thermal lining up to the 3rd level, they are very good. I didn't need to use the 4th and 5th levels. It is important to periodically change the hand position to warm them up throughout the range. If you only hold the grips with your palm, your fingers will get cold at temperatures of 8 and below.
They were tested together with heated gloves from Revit and the combination was excellent. None of them alone is a heater at temperatures of 0 and below, as some claim. However, both the heated grip and the heated glove are necessary.
These specific grips have the advantage that the button for selecting the level is illuminated and changes color according to the level. There is no extra mechanism that would ruin the design of the motorcycle. It looks like a factory accessory. Pay attention to the electrician you choose to be skilled or passionate about their work.
