As long as it worked, it was very satisfactory. Before the warranty expired, one side of the blanket burned out. It smelled burnt due to some material failure and melted the controller's cable. I did nothing outside of the instructions. I believe that the incident could even be dangerous for fire. I got nowhere with the dealership for repair or replacement despite the fact that the product was under warranty.
Όσο λειτουργούσε ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητική. Πριν λήξει η εγγύηση κάηκε η μία πλευρά της κουβέρτας. Μύρισε καμένο από κάποια αστοχία υλικού και έλιωσε το καλώδιο του χειριστηρίου. Δεν έκανα τίποτα εκτός οδηγιών. Θεωρώ ότι θα μπορούσε να είναι μέχρι και επικίνδυνο για πυρκαγιά το περιστατικό. Από αντιπροσωπία δεν έβγαλα άκρη για επισκευή ή αντικατάσταση παρά το γεγονός ότι το προϊόν ήταν εντός εγγύησης.

Half of it suddenly stopped working after three months of use.

It turns out the controller was the problem. The dealership sent me a new one without much discussion and without any charge (within warranty).
If I could, I would exchange it for another one that has better support legs and doesn't easily slip off the bed.

Τελικά έφταιγε το χειριστήριο. Μου εστειλε καινούριο η αντιπροσωπεία χωρις πολλές κουβέντες και χωρις κάποια χρέωση (εντος εγγυησης).
Αν μπορούσα θα το αλλαζα με καποιο άλλο που εχει υμαντες στηριξης και δεν γλιστράει εύκολα από το κρεβάτι.
After a year of use, the cable on one side overheated and started burning at the plug connection with the blanket. Luckily, I was in bed and smelled it, so I unplugged it. After this, I don't trust any electric blanket, thinking about what could have happened if I were in another room.

Μετά από αυτό δεν εμπιστεύομαι καμμία ηλεκτρική κουβέρτα με την σκέψη τι θα μπορούσε να είχε γινει αν ειμουν σε άλλο δωμάτιο.
Very high-quality product. The only negative thing is the lack of a timer, something that personally doesn't bother me, as I set it to "1" and sleep like a baby. I have been suffering from chronic knee and back pain for years, but with this product, I sleep and wake up without any pain. I highly recommend it.
