Cooking Instructions

Put the noodles and spices in 600ml of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the noodles, but not completely, leaving about 8 tablespoons of water. Then add the liquid sauce to the noodles and fry them for 30 seconds just to heat the sauce and make the noodles crunchier. Mix everything well until homogenized and serve in a nice deep bowl.

    The noodles themselves include tapioca starch, which makes them much more "chewer" than the typical noodles, to the point that that they taste weird, like candy (marshmallow). The sauce is hot, but it's the habanero/jalapeno hot, not the chilli/cayenne hot.. which, irrespective of the degree of hotness, it tastes like chemical (think truffle mushroom chemical taste), which is not typical for a simple hot sauce. In summary, they are edible, but they are not enjoyable! There are better options!
