The original developer WayForward has revamped the classic 2D hack 'n slash platformer from 2011 with high-resolution graphics, modern features, and new voiceovers from Laura Bailey (Rayne) and Troy Baker (Kagan), members of the original BloodRayne cast. BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites distills the best elements of the BloodRayne series into a bloody, action-packed 2D adventure through fifteen challenging levels. The Brimstone Society has called upon Rayne for one last mission, to lead a group of soldiers into a massive underground castle to fight against her own father, Kagan. When the soldiers prove ineffective against Kagan's supernatural threats, it's up to Rayne to run, jump, slash, and explore through terrifying enemies, deadly traps, dangerous platforms, and horrifying bosses.
