After about 8 months it requested, via notification, a replacement of the consumable filter for limescale, but this was not possible due to the factory stopping production of the filter, with an unknown date for production to resume! It was forced to keep working with the old one, resulting in the plate being damaged by limescale. It went in for repair, worked for another 2 months, and then completely stopped producing steam. Result: it was thrown into recycling and another one was bought from a serious company. The experience with this particular company was only a waste of time and money.
