+Beautiful design
+Relatively compact – it looks bigger than it actually is in the product photos

+Fairly quiet

However:
-Water remains inside the tank (strange for a product at this price)
-The coffee routing system at the bottom of the carafe—I am not at all convinced it offers anything. Given that the carafe does not have a removable lid, and this lid has the stem that guides the coffee to the bottom, it is impossible to open it enough to wash it in the dishwasher, and hand washing is much more difficult
-The carafe stains very easily from the coffee
-Since the water tank lid does not have a hinge, it must be completely removed—and care is needed to avoid (quite a bit of) water dripping outside
-The single operation button controls both the heated plate of the carafe and the boiling in the water tank. When the tank is empty, it does not activate for safety reasons—so you cannot press the button again to keep the coffee warm beyond the preset period
-The shape of the carafe spout makes serving very difficult without spilling coffee outside.

A beautiful product that makes good coffee, with inexplicably bad features.

It is not as big as it looks in the photo, but it is very beautiful if someone wants it on their countertop. When the coffee brewing process is finished, I completely remove the lid until all the steam is gone. I would recommend not using it directly under cabinets because it releases a lot of steam, it's like a kettle. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
