The main ingredient of Gin Merlin is juniper, but it also has a very floral character, such as lavender, which along with kumquat gives it a very uniquely elegant and at the same time complex character. It is produced and bottled in small batches, exclusively in Corfu. It is also very easy to mix with a wide range of tonics to create inspired cocktails.
